They moved back to Irishtown, Prince Edward Island in 1803 and had ten children: William, David, James, John, Mary, Charity, Eliza, Alexander, Caroline, and Archibald. Their son John married Elizabeth Doddridge and had four children: John, James, Mamie, and Peter Cobley Welsford Campbell. Mamie Campbell married Dr. Peter McNichol and lived in Charlottetown.
