Mechthild (born after 1436 † 1495), married from 1454 to Ludwig II., Landgraf von Hessen (1438–1471) daughter of Ludwig I. Württemberg-Urach and Mechthild von der Pfalz. (Hochzeit eltern am 21. Oktober 1436 in Stuttgart) [1][2]

Her mother is Wittelsbach-37, but can't find her father. The grandfather is Wurttemberg-38. I've connected the mother and daughter, and also mother's second husband.

Bea, as I understand it the Wikitree preferences are to use the location or place that would have existed at the time the person lived, and Hesse-Nassau, Prussia, Germany didn't exist in this time frame. The original marriage location of Marburg was correct, and I guess you could make it Marburg, Hessen. The same goes for where Mechthild died, I think it should be Rotenburg an der Fulda. Thanks
