The most notable feature of this minute is its reference to Evans' sufferings "for Truth's sake," which seems to relate to a passage from Besse's "Sufferings of the Quakers," which I will post separately.

This was posted to an Ancestry profile of John Evans, but I have not been able to come up with it in my own searches of the Quaker minutes. However, it seems genuine.
