Know all men by these presents, that we, Rebecca Franklin, John Huston, and Joseph Nation are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the just and full sum of three hundred dollars current money, for which payment, well and truly made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly, severally and firmly by thee presents, sealed with our seals, and dated this 1st day of June 1835. ...
