Dear Brother,
I hav been look for a letter from you for some weeks in reference to Paul Jones land matter. Paul wants to make a payment on the land. He has written to you, and is not disposed to do anything with me until he hears from you. So write to me at once in regard to the matter. I sent you by expense to State Line the amount that MR.s Piercy is yet due you on her land. I have made a memorandum upon opposite page of amount due you. I also send you correct numbers of her land and I want you to make her a deed and send it to her by registered letter to Beech Springs. My family all well, no news, write soon.
