Overview:Organized at Keokuk May 25, 1864. Moved to St. Louis, Mo., thence to Memphis and Moscow, Tenn., and assigned to duty guarding Memphis & Charleston Railroad till September, 1864. Mustered out September 16, 1864.

Lost 21 Enlisted men by disease.
