When did Caisa die and was she born in Fiskebäck?

Question

I can't seem to find an entry for her birth or death in Habo or Bjurbäck. I'm also struggling to read where it says she was born. At first glance it looked like St. fiskebab, but checking the map it's probably fiskebäck. What kyrkoarkiv would that belong to?
