Biography
Thomas was the son of James de Audley by his second wife Isabel.[1]
Thomas was recoded in settlements in 1370 and 1374.[1][2]
He married Elizabeth Fitz Payn, daughter of Robert Fitz Payn (formerly de Grey), knt., by Elizabeth daughter of Guy de Bryan, K.G. Lord Bryan. They had no issue. Sir Thomas de Audley was living 23 April 1379. He died before 1 April 1386. His widow, Elizabeth married (2nd) shortly after 14 March 1386/7 (date of marriage arrangements) (as his 1st wife) Hugh Courtenay, Knt., younger son of Edward de Courtenay, Knt., by Emeline daughter and heiress of John Dauney, Knt. They had no issue.[3]

Estimated Birth: c1350. Eldest son of James Audley by his second wife, Isabel,[4] was born c1348.[5] James's first wife was living in 1337; he remarried "before 1346-7 (date of settlement)".[4]
