Boutwell-218 and Boutwell-23 appear to represent the same person because: Appear to be the same person

Boutwell-218 and Boutell-16 appear to represent the same person because: I am sure these two profiles represent the same individual. Surname is different because of the many different spelling the family has used or been recorded as over time. Both are connected to the same wife. Birth date is different but not sure there is any source that even gives a good estimate of when or where his birth was.
