Hi Gail,

I haven’t heard back from you about the United Kingdom Project breaking up into the individual country-level projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. I hope all is well with you. I assume you don’t wish to join any of them at present, and will go ahead and remove the United Kingdom badge. If you wish to join England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland in the future, you would be most welcome to do so via the respective G2G sign-up post.

Many thanks for all your contributions,

Susie :-)

Hi Gail,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Susie

Hi Gail - I have applied to get the RENOWDEN One Name Study registered on here in order to encourage more activity. I have adjusted a few of the profiles thatv you created, created some more linked in and cited you as a source in a few places. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Hi again! I saw my post from February on your page when I was working on the Harris/Harries merge & just got a chance to compare DNA. I checked GEDMatch for you & me and also you & my Dad. Unfortunately, no matches.

Cheers, Liz

Hi! I saw your message on the G2G post about comparing Awbrey DNA. Have you uploaded your results to GedMatch? I have found it the easiest platform to compare DNA. The information about my DNA test/GedMatch account is on my profile page. My Dad's is on his page. Looking forward to it :D

Hi Gail, Thanks for your message. Excellent and welcome! I've added the UK project badge to your profile as the Wales Project is part of the UK project.. If you click on the badge it will take you to the full list of our wonderful members. Click on Wales Project will take you the first page of the project. Scroll down to participants. I've added your good self . Can you add your area/family name of interest etc. You'll also find info on how to join the UK project google group on the main UK project page. I'll let you explore and catch up with you later. I really appreciate your offer of help. Let me know your ideas re what should/could be added.

Thanks again for joining and enjoy. Maria
