Biography
William was married to Fanny Elina Aho.
On 7 May 1930, William and Fannie and their son Emil lived in Maple Ridge Township, Delta County, Michigan. He was working as a laborer in the woods. The couple owned their home, valued at $300, but did not own a radio.[1]
On 24 April 1940, the couple, three children- Roy E., Nancy E., and Robert W., along with Fanny's mother Elina W. Ahs, lived in Skandia, Marquette County, Michigan. William was a dairy farmer while Fanny was a housewife.[2]
William registered for the World War II draft in 1942. He was living on Route 1 in Skandia and was self employed.[3]
William is buried in Northland Chapel Garden Cemetery in Negaunee, Marquette County, Michigan.[4]
