Floyd was born in 1909. He was the son of Harry Fulmer and Myrtle Edwards. In his draft registration in 1940, Floyd was described as 5'11", 220 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He passed away in 1985.

FLOYD A. FULMER 10 Feb 1985

Floyd A. Fulmer, 75, of Marietta, OH, died Sunday morning in Marietta Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

He was born in New Matamoras, OH, a son of the late Harry and Myrtle Edwards Fulmer. He was a member of the Sixth and Washington Streets Church of Christ in Marietta, and was branch manager of Quaker State Oil Refining Corp., in St. Marys when he retired in 1969.

He is survived by his wife, Minnie Goodwin Fulmer of Marietta; two daughters, Barbara Casto and Anna Elliott of Marietta; two sisters, Helen Ulmer of Marietta and Ruth Cham of Warren, OH; five grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 1pm Tuesday at Hadley Funeral Home in Marietta.

Burial was in East Law Memorial Park.
