James was born in 1922. James Longstreet ... He passed away in 1985. [1]
James' birth was a difficult one. His mom attended her dad's funeral about the time he should have been born. The result was a birth time, which had been predicted by his mother's doctors, came two weeks later. He was ten and a half ounces at birth.
At the age of five, James fell from his bicycle and broke his arm. At the time, his parents were practicing Christian Scientists and his father put his arm in a sling until he healed himself. Later, his older brother Charles had a debilitating disease, and as there seemed no other path to healing Charles, his parents left the Christian Science church to save the life of his brother.
James' mother was from a wealthy family in Newburyport, Massachusetts, but the cost of saving his brother ran any inheritance dry. She was eccentric [2] and James was often called home from school to perform strange favors for her. One notable example occurred when she needed him to plug the vacuum cleaner into the electric socket.
James took piano lessons and could perform well, occasionally surprising others with this hidden talent.
James initially attended a college in Ohio until he was drafted in World War II.
James is an Army veteran of World War II. He applied to the Navy during the beginning of the war, but was rejected because he wore glasses. He, like many others, left college for the draft. He served in the Army for the remainder of the war, where he operated a flight simulator. Based on his service, he completed his education at Brown University [on the GI Bill] where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
James graduated Summa Cum Laude (Mechanical Engineer) in 1948 from Brown University. As a veteran, he managed to attend Brown under the GI Bill post World War II. There he met Carolyn Swanson (Pembroke graduate) and they were married, April 2nd, 1949 at the Rehoboth Congregational Church.
James first position after graduating from Brown University (Summa Cum Laude) was with Corning where he worked on the development of the early thermos bottle (Thermos). He spent some time with Gorman, later with Metals and Controls which was purchased by Texas Instruments. After a brief stint as a teacher, he took on a position with the government as a civilian.
Carpentry and Architectural Design He finished building a home in 1953 with the help of his wife's father (a carpenter/farmer by trade and later the Rehoboth postmaster). Along with help from his master-carpenter father in law, he built his own home from designs he created using his mechanical drawing skill. The design centered around a hall way with four doors that opened into four rooms. Politics He became chairman of the Republican Town Committee until beginning a position with the government as a civil servant. [3]
In 1979, he retired from Civil Service where he had worked as a department head at the Newport Naval Weapons station for nearly twenty years.

A simpler explanation of how to pass in the DNA evidence here at WIKI would be welcome. I suspect the bigger problem resides more generally, in cloud security, everywhere, not just here on WIKI, having known security issues. Among the security issues are those that arise when a living person is placed on the site. This can be done after we all pass. It is my intent to "not" place living human beings on this site, myself excluded.
Perhaps you might provide instructions that are easy to follow as how to do this. For now, I am leaving it as confirmed. I doubt my cousins are up here on Wiki which probably precludes the easy way where I simply link us together.

It should be easy enough.
