Biography
Florence was born about 1868, probably in Chautauqua County, New York. She was the daughter of William Lydell and Emily Coe and travelled with them from New York to Mecosta County, Michigan. She married Phillip Zalsman in Big Rapids, Michigan in 1886 and they had two children, Horace William and Elsie Alberta. Florence died in 1930 and is buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Holland, Michigan.
