Owen-7565 and Owen-819 appear to represent the same person because: He and his wife are clear duplicates. No mismatching data. This merge ties this line of Owens to a deeper Porterfield pedigree.
I'm doubtful his father and mother are Hugh Owen and Jane Haskins. The dates don't add up and aren't consistent. Elsewhere I've seen John Owen and Ann Davis. I have yet to find actual evidence.
