Neil Alexander Russ was born on December 24, 1886, in Lumberton, Robeson, North Carolina, United States, son of Cornelius Russ (1844–1914) and Mary Jane Barker (1853–1921). [1] [2]
Neil (24) married Fannie A Rozier (16) (born on February 16, 1895, in Robeson) on November 30, 1911, in Saint Pauls, Robeson, North Carolina. [3] [4]
