Biography

Dorothy Wrottesley was born in 1747 and Baptised October 1747 at St Michael`s Church, Tattenhall, Stffordshire daughter of Richard Wrottesley Baronet and his wife Mary Leveson-Gower, died 1822 aged 75^[1].

Marriage 1780. His excilency Chistian Moritz Baron de Kutzelben, Minister to his serene highness the Landegrave of Hessel Cassel of St James, Westminster, bacholer and Dotothy Wrottesley of the parish od St Georges, Bloomsbury, Middlesex were married on Saturday 2nd December 1780 by special licence at Bedford House, Bloomsbury, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Bedford in the prescence of Gertrude Bedford, Duchess Bedford, and Wrottesley. Registered at St Georges Church, Bloomsbury^[2].

Dorothy and Christen had 4 children, Gertrude Phillipine 1782-1823 (my ancester), John de Kutzelben 1784, William Wrottesley de Kutzelben, Baron Kutzelben, 1785-1836 and Charles de Kutzelben, 1786.

Dorothy died in 1822 and was Buried on 8th October 1822 at St George`s Church, Bloomsbury, Dorothy, Baroness De Kutzelben of Charlotte Street, St Georges, Bloomsbury, aged 73^[3].
