They are spelling variants for the same base name in older Dutch. That said, the image source at Prynke states Prientje, so I would say this is safely an attested form in presented sources in a pretty formal context. By lack of a birth certificate of sorts in the sources I think that would be the best bet for the name to keep as main name until an earlier source shows up with maybe a different form.
