Why is there an asterisk in the suffix box of this profile and some siblings?

Vic Watt might be the only one that knows as he just changed the suffix to *.

I notice that there is more managers then one. It could be that Vic is the original manager of that profile, and as to the siblings, there are many listed for some. It could be the askterisk is being used to show his own work and documentation on his profiles for these persons.
