Edward Fiennes de Clinton's profile lacks solid sources and contains oddities? [closed]

This unprotected profile doesn't look to be based on sufficiently reliable sources and has some oddities (his name for a start). Will anybody be worried if I write a proper biography, referenced to authorities like CP and ODNB (I've no access to Richardson)?

Looking at this profile, you are correct  - the biography needs a good shake out. The surname issue has been chewed over a bit in the past on G2G (2016) and could do with a revisit.

I will start the process for England Project co-management with the present PMs, as Edward is of historical interest. In the meantime please do go ahead and start rewriting the biography.
