Abigail (Dyer) Atkins was born in 1739 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay.[1] She was baptized on February 18, 1739 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay. She was the daughter of Ambrose Dyer and Thankful (Hopkins) Dyer. She married Joshua Atkins on April 26, 1759. [2] She passed away in 1793 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States.

It appears that Martha Atkins is the daughter of Joshua Atkins, Jr. and Abigail Dyer, not Martha Harding. See birth record that I posted. Martha Harding died in 1758. The record shows that Martha Atkins was born in 1763. There is no record of a Martha Atkins born to Joshua Atkins and Martha Harding. Parentage needs to be adjusted accordingly.
