Biography
Captain Abraham Howe served with 24th Massachusetts Bay Provincial Regiment (1775), Continental Army during the American Revolution.
Abraham Howe is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A058204.
Abraham Howe was born in Ipswich, Mass., 2 Jan. 1724.5; married (int. 14 Dec. 1752) Lucy Appleton, baptized 19 March 1731-2. He was some times known as "Capt. Abraham Howe."
They had 9 children, born in Ipswich. His will dated 3 March 1797 and proved 4 Dec 1797, mentioned names of several children, and also the children of his deceased son Abraham. He died 5 Nov 1797, aged 71 years. She died in Hopkinton, Mass., 22 Oct. 1824.[1]
Served under Col. Moses Little Little-3142 in the 24th Massachusetts Bay Provincial Regiment (1775), Continental Army
