Elizabeth Clark's will page 94 Calendar of Wills Elizabethtown 16 Feb 1724-5. Admin of estate to eldest son Richard.[1]
There is much speculation regarding Elizabeth's parents. Many claim they were Thomas Moore and Elizabeth Yonges, while others dispute this claim and state there is little or no documentation to support the assertion and was not accepted by Charles Carroll Gardner or recent genealogists. However, the will of Thomas Moore, Will written June 23, 1691; proved 30 Sept 1691, he indicates that his daughter is Elizabeth Glover. At the time she is married to Richard Clarke, so she cannot be the daughter of Thomas Moore.
