Biography

Rachel Parsons was a daughter of Mindwell (Edwards; 1695-1775) and Noah Parsons (1692-1779), of Northampton, Massachusetts. Her birth probably was in February 1719/20 [1], the year expression in accordance with the Julian/Gregorian calendar shift.

Rachel Parsons was baptized in February, 1721, at Northampton [2].

She married about 1737, Eliphaz Clapp (1711-1783) [3]. Their children included:

Rachel (Parsons) Clapp died 11 Jan 1762. Her grave is in Bridge Street Cemetery, Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA [4].
