Biography
Polly was born July 2, 1786 in Tolland, Connecticut, the daughter of Colonel Ebenezer And Chloe (West) Spencer. [1]
She married Increase Clapp November 27, 1807 and had at least two children George, and Charles.
She passed away in December 27,1835.[2]
