and to the son of said Henry A Byrd, Ira, 1 bay horse known by the name of Simp.

Also, I give and bequeath to my daughter Phereby, wife of Eli booth, one negro woman named Nancy and 1 pleasure carriage or buggy.

Also, I give and bequeath to my daughter Ellender wife of Oliver M Smith during her natural life and after her death to his lawful ?? one negro girl named Hleva with her ?? and one feather bed and furniture

Also, I give and bequeath to my third son, Jas. R. Byrd, one negro grow man named Monday home after the death of that of the aforesaid James R Byrd shall belong to his heirs. Also to the aforesaid James R. Byrd one grey horse known by the name of Rattler and the other half of the cattle now in possession of my oldest son John W Byrd in Simpson County Mississippi. Also to my son James R Byrd the residue of my household furniture after fulfilling my previous requests.

Also to my daughter Catherine wife of Paul Gortman, I give and bequeath $5 and one bay mare known by the name of Harriet.

Also I will that my Negro man Irving his wife Betsy, two wagons, three yoke of oxen and mule, and one sorrel horse shall be sold to defray all expenses attending my burial after which $50 out of the previously said sale to be given to my grandson Albert Smith son of Charles and Anne Smith and if after define all expenses and giving my aforesaid grandson Albert Smith the $50 aforementioned and paying to my daughter Catherine wife of Paul Gortman $5 requested to her there should be a remainder of money I will and bequeath that it shall be equally divided between my sons John W Byrd, James R Byrd, my son-in-law Oliver m Smith.

And I do hereby constitute an appoint my son John W Byrd and my son-in-law Oliver M Smith soul executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have have on to set my hand and seal this day and year first above written.
