This an old recipe for Gingerbread (Pepparkakar) that I believe my grandmother gave to my mother.

I translated it to English as best I could:

2 tsp molasses

1 cup sugar

1 cup butter

1 egg

1/2 [can't read it, but I think it's some kind of syrup]

1/2 sour cream [no measurement given]

1 tsp soda

1 tsp allspice

1/2 "bryddpeppar" [this is allspice, so I don't know why it's here twice]

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

Flour tin [can't read it] deg. 350
