Samuel Enos Aborn was born in 1836. He was the son of Jedadiah Aborn and Laura Ryder. He went by his middle name Enos. Enos married Emily C Fitch about 1860 at Rockville, Connecticut.

He was a Private in Companies K and H, 22nd Regiment, of the Connecticut Volunteers from 1861-65.[1].[2]
In 1870, he farmed and lived with his family. In the 1880 census, he was a lodger and farm laborer.
Enos and Emily divorced in 1880.[3]
Enos remarried in 1881 to Lora Slater.[4][5]
He passed away in 1894.
