Biography

Magdalena was born to Sybout Ecker and Altie de Ronde, in Yonkers, or perhaps Irvington. on 6 Nov 1722.[1][2]

Magdalena Acker married Thomas Emmons, in Yonkers, perhaps about 1745.

Thomas and Magdalena had, in Yonkers, at least the four children mentioned in Thomas's will dated 6 Sep 1781:[3]

  • Elizabeth, who married James Henderson,
  • Abraham,
  • Frances, who married Isaac Green, and
  • Sarah, who married Joshua Vermilye
