Biography

Esther (Adair) Tindle was born in Appalachia, in Tennessee.

Esther Lee Adair was born on April 26, 1923 in White, Tennessee, United States, daughter of Foster Lighton Adair (1903–1988) and Melvina Worley (1899–1978).

Esther (18) married Vernon Ray Tindle (20) (born on March 25, 1921 in White; son of Garner B. Tindell and Annie Collins (Parrish) Tindell) on April 26, 1941 in White. [1]

In the 1930 census Ester (age 5) was the daughter of Lester Adair in District 03, White, Tennessee, United States.[2] Lester Adair 26, wife Melvine Adair 30, daughter Ester Lee Adair 5, daughter Marrie V Adair 2, daughter Lourine Adair 0.

Esther died on March 7, 1950 in Murray, Georgia, United States, aged 26. She was buried in Mount Pisgah Cemetery, White County, Tennessee.[3][4]
