Biography

Emma, eldest daughter of Fredrick Adams and Hopkins-1833.

Emma Adams worked as a Clerk in Blenheim until she married in 1902 to Alfred De Castro, son of the Rev. Charles Daniel De Castro.

One known child, a son John Alfred, was born during their marriage.

She celebrated her 90th birthday at John's home on Maxwell Street in 1961.

Emma De Castro passed away age 92 and is buried in the Adams family plot in the New Omaka cemetery. BLK 7 PLOT 62
