Biography

Sherwood Adkins was born in Appalachia, in Tennessee.

Sherwood was born in 1885. He was the son of Calvin Adkins and Barzilla Duncan. In the 1900 census Sheardy (age 14) was the son of Calvin Adkins in Campbell, Tennessee, United States.[1]

Sherwood (age 18) married Talitha Boshears (age 22) on 27 October 1902 in Campbell, Tennessee, United States.[2] In the 1910 census Sheridy (age 23) was the widowed son of John C Adkins in Civil District 14, Campbell, Tennessee, United States.[3]

S A Adkins married Vina Byrd on 22 November 1910 in Campbell County, Tennessee, United States.[4]
