Biography

Emil was born about 1866, the son of Friedrich August Adolph.

On 20 April 1893 he married Mary Luise/Louisa Thompson in the Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel's Church, in Friedrichswalde, South Australia. He was 25 years old while Mary was 26 years old and both were single^[1] Mary passed away on 28 April 1894 aged 28 years.

They had a daughter, Beatrice Mary (1894 -1894), who passed away on 10 May 1894 aged 17 days.

He was a widower when he married Marie Hartwig, aged 30 years. Marie was 20 years old. They married in the Evangelical Lutheran Parsonage in Eudunda, South Australia
