I John Akin of said state and county do hereby declare the following to be my last will and testament to wish….

I desire to give all of my property, real and personal to my son, Metabell A. Aiken.

I desire my said son to take are of his mother during her life.

I make my said son, Mitchell, executor of this my will, without bonus, the property being all left to him.
