Robert, son of John and Mary (née Irwin) Aitcheson, was born on the 30th June 1880 in Belfast, Ireland. ^[1]

In the 1901 census Robert (age 20), Clerk in Distillery, was the single son of John Aitcheson in Antrim, County Antrim. ^[2]

Robert died (age 34) in 1914 in Belfast ^[3] and his estate passed probate on the 5th January 1914. ^[4]
