Stephen A Albro was born on 13 Feb 1813 in Edinburg, Saratoga, New York to parents George Reynolds Albro and Lovisa White.

He married Isabel Minerva Kenyon on 25 Feb 1833 in Woodstock, McHenry, Illinois.
