Biography
Franklin B was born on 24 Jun 1812 in Monroe, Virginia (now West Virginia). He is the son of James Harvey Alderson (1784-1872) & Elizabeth "Besty" Keaton-Alderson (1784-1846).
Franklin was married 4 times:
1st marriage was on 12 Feb 1835 in Greenbrier Co, Virginia (now WV) to Jane Rambo (1810-1845). Together they had one son:
- Charles Harris Alderson (1836-1862)
2nd Marriage was on 2 Jan 1845 in Greenbrier Co, Virginia (now WV) to Susan Rookstool (1808-1865). Together they had 2 children:
- Mary Jane Alderson-Cales: (1848-1927)
- Elisabeth F Alderson (1849-1855)
3rd Marriage on 26 Sept 1865 in Greenbrier Co, West Virginia to Judy Bragg (1833-1867). No children found.
4th Marriage on 19 Dec 1867 in Greenbrier County, West Virginia to Margaret M Warren-Basham (1832-1893). Together they had 3 children:
