Lexie (Alford) Egelston was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.
Lexie Alford was born on 11 November 1912 in McKinney, Lincoln, Kentucky, United States[1], daughter of Henry Alford and Julia (Clark) Alford.
In the 1920 census Lexie (age 6) was the daughter of Henry Alford in Hustonville, Lincoln, Kentucky.[2]
Lexie (age 21) married Asa Egelston (age 22) on 3 August 1929 in Campbell County, Kentucky.[3] They were parents of three known children.
In the 1930 census Lexie (age 17) was the wife of Asa R Egelston in Middletown, Butler, Ohio.[4]
In the 1940 census Lexie (age 27) was the wife of Asa Ross Egelston in Lemon Township, Butler, Ohio.[5]
In the 1950 census Lexie (age 37) was the wife of Asa R Egelston in Mayfield, Middletown, Butler, Ohio.[6]
Lexie died (age 71) on 16 March 1983 in Middletown, Butler, Ohio[7][8] and was buried in Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum in Middletown.[9]
