Biography
Peter C. Allison was born in Ohio in 1843, the first son of John Allison and Mary Carlton.
In 1861, at the age of 18, Peter joined the 19th Ohio Infantry, Company C. He died at Andersonville Prison in 1863. Peter shares a grave monument with his brother Rufus in Girard Liberty Union Cemetery, Trumbull County, Ohio.[1]
