Biography
When Catherine "Caty" Allsup was born in 1772, in Botetourt, Virginia, United States, her father, John Craig Alsop, was 49 and her mother, Jurya Potter, was 29. She married William L Taylor on 12 February 1795[1], in Greenbrier, Virginia, United States[2]. They were the parents of at least 1 son. She died on 2 February 1857[3], in Bartholomew, Indiana[4], United States, at the age of 85[5]
