Rosina was born in 1853 in Libnič, Bohemia, now Libníč, Czech Republic.[1]. Rosina Ambrožova married Josef Kodada, 3 Jul 1877 in Libnič, Bohemia, now Libníč, Czech Republic.[2] She is in all likelihood the Rosalie Kodada, aged 28, who immigrated to the USA through Castle Garden in New York on 8 May 1883,[3] accompanied by her 31 year old husband Josef, 4 year old son Josef and 6 month old son Franz.
