Ernest J Amendt was born in June 1882 in Iowa,[1] the son of Adam Amendt and Frederika/Friderike Otte.[2]
Ernest J Amendt and Minnie M Bosch, the daughter of Wilhelm Bosch and Gredchen Wessels, were married on February 26, 1908, in Marshall County, Iowa.[2]
He died in 1962.[3] He is buried in Laurel Methodist Cemetery in Laurel, Marshall County, Iowa.[3]
