VI. Robert Anderson of Mary (Brashears) Anderson, 5 married December 1, 1827, Mary Ann Hilbriss. Children: Jerome Anderson , married December 24, 1864, Fannie Bopst; William Anderson , went to Texas; Celia Anderson , married Ephraim Hendrickson; Georgeanna Anderson, married George Kolen burg; Fannie Anderson, died unmarried; Thomas Anderson, married Emma Bopst; Mary Ellen Anderson, married Peter Roelke; and Annie Anderson,married William Taylor.
Jerome and Thomas Andersons were brothers who married sisters Fannie and Emma Bopst.
Thomas and Emma are buried at Zion Church Cemetery Urbana, Frederick County, Maryland.
Thomas Anderson was ln Cole's Cavalry, U.S.A., and was a dlspatch bearer for General Sherman. He served in the battles of Gettysburg and Antletam and was wounded ln the battle of the Monocacy.
