Biography

Dr Thomas Butler Anderson was born on November 17, 1864 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, United States, son of Marion Thomas Anderson (1839–1904) and Janet Butler (1846–1868).[1]

In 1880, Thomas (15) B. was in the household of his father, Marion. Anderson in Washington, District of Columbia. [2]

Thomas died in September, 1919 in Florida, United States, aged 54. He was buried in Crown Hill Cemetery.[3] [4] [5]
