Rose died on May 5, 1979 in Shreveport, Caddo, Louisiana, United States, aged about 38. Her obituary stated that she was married to Milton Earl Collins and they had one son, Milton Earl Collins Jr. She was buried in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, De Berry, Panola County, Texas.^[2][3]

Research Notes

Rose's obituary states that she was born on 17 May 1942. However, her gravestone shows the birth date as 17 May 1941.
