Biography

Harlan was born in 1925. He served as a Major in the US Air Force during WWII. He was a member of the Lion's Club and the Mason's. When he passed away, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. He actually has two grave markers side by side - one with military info and one without.
