Fanny was born on 11 February 1860 in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia[1], the daughter of Joshua Ardill and Anna Johnson and sister of William Ardill, Edward Brittain Ardill, George Edward Ardill M.B.E., Elizabeth Ardill, Joshua Ardill Jnr, Samuel Ardill and Hannah Maria Ardill.
She married Lewis Jacob Brown on 27 august 1884 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia[2]and their children were Annie Marie Brown and Frances Kathleen May (Brown) Smith.
Fanny died on 17 December 1944 at Auburn, New South Wales, Australia [3][4][5].
