It looks like when you uploaded Manuel from a file, the suffix became his last name.

I would like to recommend that you edit Manuel's surname to his correct surname. This way he will appear on a surname list, making it easier to connect with others (since there will not be other Gov).

This can be done by going to the edit tab, going down to last name at birth and clicking on the tiny edit link.
