Annie was born around 1886 to Lewis Armstrong and Francis Allgood in the Blount, Alabama. She married Noah Black Woodall July 27, 1902 in Blount, however, she was widowed Dec 23, 1922 around the the age of 36 (according to her birth estimates). She is shown living as a widow with her son Frank B. Woodall in the 1930 Census.
