Rosalie Arsenault was born on 11 Feb 1866 and baptized on 18 Feb 1866 in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick, the daughter of Philippe T. Arsenault and Rosanne Deschênes ("Rose Anne Oaks" in the parish register).[1][2] Her godparents were Placide LeBlanc and Mme Thaddée Arsenault.
